Q1- Why this oil is expensive as compared to regular edible coconut oils available in market?

A1- Firstly, this oil is extracted from native variety and superior variety of Coconut only. Secondly, regular coconut oils are extracted using the 'solvent extraction method' in which petroleum distillates are used to extract the oils. This process extracts 97-99% of the oils from seeds making them cheap. ASAVI's Coconut Oil is extracted using the traditional 'kohlu/cold pressed/wood pressed' method in which only 50-60% of the oil is extracted. Residue is used as animal feed at our farms. It is single filtered only retaining most of the nutrition in it.
