This product is sustainably grown in Uttar Pradesh. No machines are involved in the entire production process. When harvested, it is sun dried and split in stone chakki. It has no chemical, color, aroma, additives.
It is a highly nutritious legume which is very rich in aroma and flavor. Stone Grounding helps retain all essential vitamins and there is no loss of nutrition in the entire process.
Bengal Gram/natural chana dal for cooking can be prepared alone or mixed with other legumes/pulses for delicious vegetarian meals. It should be soaked in water for about 3-4 hours before cooking.
This product can easily be stored for up to 6 months in an airtight container at ambient temperatures.

A2- No. This is a 100% farm made product which has been sorted, cleaned naturally only. You may find uneven splits, color variation which itself signals the purity of this dal. We recommend soaking this dal for at least 3-4 hours before cooking.
