Refund and Cancellations

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services/products provided, we may refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the products' details and lab reports before buying any product, it provides all the details about the product/s you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our products/service, customers have the liberty to cancel their order/s and request a refund from us. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations you can simply cancel your order/service from the website.
Once the order has been received by the customer, requests for cancellation become invalid. However, in case of dissatisfaction from the service or the product, you can raise a 'return or exchange' request on the website within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we may provide a refund. Any refund request which is raised only within 48 hours of receiving the product will be accepted. Also, the product should not be damaged/used/sealed-off or tampered. Refunds will only be accepted if the product/s is/are received back to us in its/their original state. 

If paid by card, refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, refund will be made to the same account.
